The room was well-equipped and tastefully decorated with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff was caring and attentive. Location: the hotel was close to the palace, all the shopping malls and restaurants & shops.

We stayed in the deluxe residence, the room was new-fashioned and huge. The location was magnificent, steps away from a huge indoor shopping center.

We spent 6 nights in very well furnished and impeccable room with all the amenities.

The hotel's location was comfortable and unbeatable, central to Dongdaemun & close to restaurants & shops with a shopping area and a local market within walking distance. Everything was amazing, amazing breakfast. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with microwave and induction stove with ventilation, as example, which I really appreciated. Exceptional staff and the location was marvellous and amazing.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly. The room I stayed in was brand-new and modern with nice view as well as ventilation. The location was comfy and perfect, near a major subway station that has 4 different lines, I loved it. The food was good, had a wide range of options. This was my very enjoyable stay on my last night in Seoul.

The location was exceptionally nice and perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were very friendly, best.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the center and close to multiple metro lines. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. And lastly, the rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had a lovely view. I especially appreciated the in-room screen that allowed us to easily access information and even book the pool.

Our stay was fantastic and I couldn't find any major issue.

All in all comfortable setting not far from a Seoul as well as various neighbourhoods. The rooms huge and brand-new with fridge, microwave, most essential facilities such as washing machine.

The rooftop pool was a delight, not crowded even when busy, and the water temperature was just right. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's location was fantastic, close to the subway and downtown area.
